Made to Order — What That Means for Returns

Every item at Newfinese Please is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. When you place an order, it goes into production — your item is made specifically for you.

Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, or “it’s not quite what I imagined.” We encourage you to review the size guide and product details carefully before ordering. If you have a question before you buy, email us — we’re happy to help.

 

When We Do Accept Returns

We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or we’ve sent you the wrong item, we’ll make it right — no hassle, no questions about why you’re unhappy.

 

We accept returns for:

  A manufacturing defect — printing error, seam failure, damage that occurred before delivery

  Wrong item — you received a different product, size, or colour than what you ordered

 

We do not accept returns for:

  Change of mind

  Wrong size selected at checkout (please use the size guide before ordering)

  Colour appearing slightly different on your screen vs. in person — monitor calibration varies

  Normal wear, washing damage, or damage caused after delivery

 

How to Start a Return

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us. Here’s what to do:

 

     Email us at support@newfineseplease.ca

     Include your order number (found in your confirmation email)

     Describe the issue clearly — wrong item, defect, etc.

     Attach clear photos showing the problem

 

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Once we’ve confirmed your return is eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid Canada Post return label by email.

 

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping. You don’t pay anything to send the item back. We’ll email you a prepaid Canada Post return label once your return is approved.

Please pack the item securely and drop it off at any Canada Post location. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. You’ll receive an email confirmation from us when the refund is issued.

 

We don’t offer partial refunds, store credit, or exchanges — just a straightforward full refund to the card or account you paid with.

 

EU Statutory Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty on goods under EU consumer law. Our EU Responsible Person is Newfinese Please at support@newfineseplease.ca.

This statutory right exists independently of and in addition to our return policy above.
