We Ship Within Canada
At this time, Newfinese Please ships to Canadian addresses only. We ship via Canada Post.
We’re working on expanding — if you’re outside Canada and you’d like to hear when that changes, sign up for our email list.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Every item in our store is made to order — printed and produced specially for you after you place your order. Because of this, your order moves through two stages before it arrives at your door.
Stage 1 — Production
Your order is sent to our print partner (Duplium, Vaughan, Ontario) and produced within 2–4 business days. Production includes printing, quality inspection, and packaging.
Stage 2 — Transit
Once your order ships, Canada Post delivers it to your address. Transit times vary by destination within Canada but typically add 7–14 business days. Remote addresses, rural areas, and northern communities may take longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at canadapost.ca.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@newfineseplease.ca.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Because every item is made to order, we can’t reroute or modify a shipment once it’s been sent to production.
If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, email us right away at support@newfineseplease.ca — we’ll do our best to catch it before production begins, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is submitted.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed with no delivery, please contact us at support@newfineseplease.ca. We’ll open an inquiry with Canada Post on your behalf.
