Newfinese Please is a small team, and we're still in the early stages of making sure this site works well for everyone who wants to shop it. We haven't done a full accessibility review yet, and we want to be upfront about that rather than claim a standard we haven't actually met.

What we can tell you: we're aware accessibility matters, and it's something we're actively working toward — things like clear alt text on product images, readable color contrast, and a site that works properly with a keyboard or screen reader. This is ongoing work, not a finished checklist.

If you run into something on the site that doesn't work for you — an image without a description, text that's hard to read, a page that's difficult to navigate — please tell us. Email support@newfineseplease.ca with what you ran into and, if you can, what device or tool you were using. We'll do our best to fix it, and hearing from real customers is genuinely the fastest way we'll get this right.
